"Humanitarian Innovations": Roland Rausch meets German Development Minister Dr. Gerd Müller

Ideas Global is the publisher of the book "Innovations as a key for humanitarian organisations". Book presentation with Dr. Gerd Müller at the University of Kempten.

Combining innovation management with humanitarian aid is still a young field of research on the way to ending poverty and hunger in all its dimensions. Michael Streitmayer, author of the book "Innovations als Schlüssel für humanitäre Organisationen" (Innovations as a Key for Humanitarian Organisations) shows how important the development and implementation of innovations and improvements are for humanitarian work.

Dr. Gerd Müller, Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development and member of the Club of Rome, supports this approach. In his foreword to the book, he calls, among other things, for new creative solutions and knowledge transfer to provide food for all people on earth. He considers innovation management and its methods to be of increasing importance.

The book was written as a master thesis at the UN World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator and supervised by Prof. Dr. Katrin Stefan. Katrin Stefan is professor for start-up and innovation management at the University of Applied Sciences Kempten, coordinator of the Master's program International Business Development and head of the StartUp Center there. Katrin Stefan has in-depth knowledge of the development of international innovation ecosystems.

Ideas Global, the international network of the German Institute for Ideas and Innovation Management, publishes the book "Innovations as a Key for Humanitarian Organisations" in an effort to promote issues that make the world a better place and which are beneficial to the people. This also includes supporting upcoming professionals such as Michael Streitmayer.

The book is now available in bookshops (Books on demand).
